I have recently tried to encrypt my WordPress plugin and I must say it worked as described. I had the issue of hackers always getting through this Quiz plugin because of the forms that it used and this exposed me to a lot of injections where they modify my code and crash my client's site. I had to restore backup up to 5/10 times a day and this freaked me out couldn't lose my client of 8 years.
I came across this website and it decided I want to try it because I used so many other encryptions and it never worked. I later discovered that all of them are using methods and code that are readable and easy to figure out and are already out there. But since I used CipherDefence I noticed my code was completely changed I even tried using Open Ai to try and decrypt the code but it could not. I am glad I finally found a solution that actually works.
Now the actual part I want to get to is that I noticed 1 particular problem.
I followed the instruction to the teeth, I swear, after the encryption I noticed that WordPress sends me 1/2 mails a day reporting that there was a fatal crash on the plugin that I encrypted but when I checked by visiting the site, it was perfectly fine. I could not find any problem whatsoever it's really strange though. I double checked to see if there is any readability issues by updating the plugin and it updated the plugin perfectly fine without crashing anything neither was there any corrupt files detected also it reverted my code back to the original and I had to encrypt it again.
The reason I am mentioning this it does not happen everyday where I get notified about the fatal error through mail as long as the site is up and running and there are no issues for us its perfectly fine. Just trying to figure out why I am getting this error every time if this is temporary or if there is a fix for it or something.

Everything CipherDefence / Why and how CipherDefence came...

After many trials and errors, I found the perfect solution to protect my code from prying eyes.
I also found out HOW EASY it is to disable licensing checking of ANY Perfex module. I can do that in a matter of 5 seconds, to say the least.
Now I am not a thief and I am not going to steal from other developers, as I know how much work goes into developing modules.
As a side-note, please do not ask me to hack anyone's module. I AM NOT GOING TO DO IT. PERIOD.
Let's be honest here. I've setup an online service to help other developers protect their hard work. The only thing a Perfex Developer needs to do, is to paste the complete code of his/her module main file and in a matter of 1 second you will get back your fully encrypted/encoded file, which will work EXACTLY as intended by you.
However, nobody (not even me) will be able to hack your code. And that's it.
And more to the HONESTY, is that I will in the near future charge for uploading and encoding complete zip archives like modules and plugins. The online single file encoder will stay free.
So I took it a bit further and now the encoder can also do Wordpress as well as RiseCRM plugins. Protection was also added for normal PHP files, does not matter if it contains classes , html, css, javascript, your PHP file will run without errors.
This was a dream I had for a very long time, but was only blessed lately to achieve it.
CipherDefence is unlike any other obfuscator / encoder / encryptor on the market. It will take a developer a very long time to decode a CipherDefence encoded file, if even possible.
Feel free to use it, but please read the DISCLAIMER and accept the Terms.
I am also in the process of creating a script which will iterate through all directories and encode your whole website, as long as it is PHP files.
This script will also be turned into a Perfex Module later on.
